These services do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare providers for medical concerns.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for services are due at the time of booking. All sales are final and refunds are only available if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee, which may be up to 100% of the service cost. For exceptions, please refer to the individual service agreement.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Plans can change, and at least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the session or a cancellation fee.
