The Overwhelming Influence of Technology on Humanity

In today’s hyper-connected world, technology has made communication and access to information easier than ever. We can connect with anyone, anywhere, at any time and share knowledge instantly. However, the quality of the information we consume and its impact on our mental well-being is becoming increasingly concerning.

The constant influx of digital notifications, social media updates and data has created an environment of overstimulation. Many people, especially children and teenagers, are experiencing declining mental and physical health due to excessive screen time and exposure to electromagnetic frequencies like 4G and 5G. This overexposure disrupts the balance required for mental clarity and emotional stability.

Additionally, studies indicate that 40% of Generation Z is losing touch with handwriting, an essential tool for engaging the intuitive side of the brain. The act of writing by hand fosters deeper connections with our inner creativity and intuition—qualities that are often neglected in a world dominated by typing and digital interactions.


Why I Stepped Away From Most Social Media

Personally, I have stopped using the majority of social media platforms like Facebook. These platforms lack integrity and are heavily influenced by the political agendas of those in power. The need for constant interaction and engagement on social media consumes valuable time that could be spent on more meaningful and heart-centered activities.

By stepping away from such platforms, I’ve found greater peace and clarity. Social media often distracts us from truth and encourages superficial connections rather than genuine awareness. Instead, I now focus on maintaining a higher level of consciousness and prioritizing authentic interactions.

According to Dr. David R. Hawkins, every emotion carries a vibrational frequency that determines our state of being. Lower frequencies include emotions such as guilt, anger and apathy, which correlate with blame, anxiety and shame. These emotions weigh us down and keep us disconnected from our true potential.

On the other hand, higher frequencies are associated with emotions like courage, acceptance, love and joy. These states correspond to optimism, trust, understanding and inner peace. The key to raising our vibrational frequency lies in releasing the heaviness of the mind and embracing heart-centered practices that align us with higher states of being.


Heart-Centered Practices for Joy and Inner Peace

Joy arises naturally when one lets go of the heavy, overactive mind and focuses on connecting with the heart. The heart, as the source of joy, allows us to shift from concerns about the small self to a sense of empowerment by aligning with the infinite self.

When we raise our frequency through practices that connect us with the source—the infinite consciousness—we create a better inner world. This inner transformation naturally reflects in our outer experiences, leading to a more harmonious and fulfilling life. While technology and AI are often criticized, they can also be used as tools for higher awareness when approached consciously. Rather than relying on AI to generate superficial content, I use it as an assistant to maintain alignment with truth and authenticity.

The key is to ensure that technology serves us rather than controlling our time and energy. By integrating tools like AI into a conscious lifestyle, we can save time and focus on activities that elevate our frequency and awareness.


A Crisis of Awareness in the Modern World

The spiritual awareness of humanity seems to be declining. Many people are caught up in the superficiality of social media, mistaking information for genuine connection. Most are out of touch with their emotions, their bodies and their true selves, leading to confusion between the concepts of soul and spirit.

True connection with the soul and spirit requires space for stillness and being, which is often lacking in the overstimulated lives we lead. The journey inward is more critical than ever to cultivate awareness and connection.


Inner Work and Empowerment as the Key to Transformation

Rather than resisting the chaos of the outer world, turning inward provides the only sustainable path to peace. Practices like yoga, meditation or even mindful tasks like washing dishes can become transformative when done with awareness.

During personal challenges, such as emotional distress or overwhelming external circumstances, the practice of acceptance and presence allows for a gradual easing of the mind and a return to balance. By focusing on raising our frequency through self-awareness, we can collectively uplift humanity.

Empowerment lies in recognizing that we are never truly disconnected from the source. Limiting beliefs that suggest we are powerless or separate from infinite consciousness only create the illusion of disconnection. In reality, everyone has the innate power to connect with the source at any moment. By releasing these beliefs and embracing the truth of our infinite nature, we empower ourselves to create inner harmony that reflects outwardly in our lives and the world around us.

Breaking free from negative habits often requires replacing them with empowering and creative practices.
