Reflecting on Healing During Uncertain Times
These past months have been an incredible opportunity to observe myself and how I react in the midst of anxiety and uncertainty.
Having gone through all possible emotions—analysis, backup plans, fears—during the pandemic, and talking to hundreds of people via phone and chat, the one conclusion is: we all have so much to heal.
The Power of Natural Healing
No trauma or belief disappears without being acknowledged. Suppressed emotions resurface with more intensity and can make us sick—not immediately, but gradually.
Running away from oneself, blaming others, or pointing fingers at the world only stretches the inner struggle.
Taking time to observe the outer and inner world doesn’t make you judgmental; it fosters understanding and healing.
You are not a "bad" person for being kind to yourself, setting boundaries, or allowing yourself to feel sadness, anger, or joy. These emotions are all part of life.
We must learn to embrace them, understand ourselves, and give ourselves time. Just like nature, the body and soul are constantly working to balance themselves naturally.
How Lifestyle Choices Impact the Immune System
Relying heavily on pharmaceuticals, such as medicines, vaccines, antibiotics, and artificial vitamins, can weaken the immune system.
The same applies to consuming canned or processed foods, water contaminated with metals, and maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle. Over time, these habits erode our natural immunity.
Instead of fighting external systems, focus on making personal choices that empower your health. Enjoy nature, bee stings, ant bites, and even the little natural poisons that help strengthen your immunity.
Healing the Body and Soul
For those who believe life is a gift and a journey to learn about and realize the self (not the ego), healing oneself is the best investment one can make. Material possessions, names, and even the body are temporary.
But being itself is eternal—it just is.
Deeper healing is necessary, not just for the body but also for the soul, to return to its original state of unity and balance.
The ONE I refer to is nameless and formless. All else is but a seeming disbalance, constantly trying to realign itself.
Misconceptions About Kindness and Emotional Suppression
One common misconception is that being a "good or kind person" means suppressing personal boundaries or negative emotions for the benefit of others.
However, suppressing emotions harms both individuals and communities. A "helper" who neglects their well-being cannot truly contribute to the health of the whole.
Instead of conforming to societal expectations, focus on your own growth, healing, and truth.
Practical Steps for Holistic Healing:
Use as few artificial medicines, antibiotics, and vitamins as possible.
Do your own research on what you eat, drink, and consume in your daily life.
Listen to what your body truly needs—not urges shaped by habits.
Surround yourself with supportive, uplifting people. That's what really matters!
Discovering Your True Self Through Hypnosis
These insights and realizations often surface during deeper introspection and hypnosis. Subjects have explored these topics under hypnosis and found clarity about their emotions, health, and true nature.
Ask questions, remain open to answers, and perhaps consider hypnosis to uncover who you really are. Find your true Self—that’s what really matters!
